Skin Laundry - Cherry Creek

I visited today, and it was a truly remarkable experience. Alex immediately greeted me at the door. The ambiance was very relaxed and welcoming. Delina, the specialist, was able to continue caring for me. She is very knowledgeable. Her ability to listen to my needs and provide advice on how to take care of my facial skin was impressive. I would highly recommend to anybody who's interested un doing some self care.

Honestly, my appointments with them are the highlight of my week! They're always so incredibly kind and genuinely look out for me, making sure my skin's needs are always top of mind. Their advice is spot-on, and their products? Absolutely amazing. They've made such a difference in my skin journey, and I just adore every visit.

I really feel taken advantage of by the appointment setup. For a $250 monthly membership, I only get about two appointments per month. I got stuck in rush hour traffic and my appointment was cancelled only 7 minutes later. I did not receive a text or call to check on me. The appointment was cancelled while I was parking the car (because parking here is very difficult already). Not only did they cancel me, but took another client during my appointment time. I have waited patiently in the reception area numerous times, often waiting all the way through my appointment time into the next time slot. I offered to add additional gratuity in exchange for flexibility to take me tonight but the client they took early had the last appointment slot of the day. The technician finished with the other client ten minutes before close and still would not take me even though treatments typically only run ten minutes. The receptionist referenced that the tech had social plans and could not stay the extra five minutes. The extreme cost and lack of any flexibility is unbelievable.

I did all 4 months of lasers (treating melasma) and don't see any result. And what's funny-lady at the front desk was surprised when I asked if subscription stops automatically after my last treatment, she asked why I want to cancel it. Maybe because I want to get a result in 4 months and not go to ScinLaundry infinitly? Though staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hands down one of the best aesthetic teams in Denver! Anna, Delina and Daniella are all so beyond knowledgeable and amazing aestheticians. I truly feel clients could see any of the providers and be in good hands. The front desk are all so kind and accommodating as well. I’ll miss you guys 🩵
