In response to Nuvia reply: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Not once has any issue ever been resolved while I was there. You expect me to just give you kuddos like you did me a favor. I PAID you do do a job which is horrible. Never in my life have I been lied to by a business like I was there. Absolutely inexcusable all around. The staff was nice except one who was beyond rude and was NEVER addressed like I was told would be. Why should anyone ever trust any of you again? However, I will call on Thursday and just see what you have to say as I am busy tomorrow. I wouldn't recommend Nuvia to replace teeth on a child's doll. I left the last time with the doctor telling me that I had a gummy smile to which I replied, I didn't use to. I advised that I couldn't bite through a pickle because they were so dull to which the assistant said Oh, we've never heard that before, we've had people say that they are too sharp... Nothing ever done to address my problems so I have never gone back. I told them upfront that I drink tea & coffee and asked if that will stain them and was told no, as long as I brush them at least twice daily that they won't stain which is a blatant lie. I hardly eat anymore as food packs into the huge gap between my gums & teeth so much that it is beyond uncomfortable. I was originally told that all I have to do is come back once a year to have them checked and cleaned. Found out later that I have to go to a specialist to have them cleaned twice a year. I should have been told this up front as I would not have gotten these horrible teeth. I was Never told that I would have metal bars on the top of both sides and a plastic piece jammed into the roof of my mouth or I would have never gotten them. I could go on for days about how much I was lied to... They also will NOT let you post anything negative at all on their little Facebook Smilemakers club which is a massive sign of deception on their part. Stay away from this horrible place.

The people that work there are very nice and respectful I would recommend to other patients or other people
