Tend Dental East Nashville

I don't usually write reviews, but I have been looking for a dentist in Nashville for a while and finally chose Tend, yes they are expensive compared to other options but I would also like to say that I feel the value is evident in the care, calm aesthetic, and process. I am generally nervous about the dentist - I booked last night and had my first appointment this morning, they did full X rays, photos, oral cancer screen, and a very thorough cleaning. Every interaction from the front desk, to the assistant, hygienist, lead dentist, was excellent. Positive, honest, helpful, no unnecessary sales pitches. I have read some of the negative reviews about Tend and for what it's worth, maybe some people just don't like hearing bad news about their dental health. I didn't feel like Tend pushed any additional procedures or services on me. They double checked if I indeed wanted the additional optional fluoride treatment to be extra sure before adding that item to my cost. They also let me know of all the next steps I could take for preventative care, but let me know that in my case nothing was urgent - which I think speaks volumes to them not being focused on profits or unnecessary add-ons. I went in with a price quote from an email, and left happy after paying that price. Thank you Tend team!

I’ve been a patient at Tend Dental for over two years, and I consistently have excellent experiences with their team. The quality of care is impeccable, and everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today I went in for a second opinion on my retainers, and the dentist recommended that I keep the ones I already have. I was genuinely impressed by the honesty—he easily could have recommended (and charged for) a service I didn’t need, but instead gave me straightforward, ethical advice. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines great work with transparency and integrity. I trust Tend completely and highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the staff and dentist on Saturday. The atmosphere was so reassuring and comfortable with the first greeting throughout my entire appointment. The attention to detail was impressive to me and made me feel like I was queen for a day. I decided to recommend the clinic to my daughter and she will go on Monday. This was definitely top notch dental clinic. I give them a 10 out of 10

First visit today. Clean and welcoming environment. Everyone was nice. Free parking with validation. Dentist took the time to chat with me and was not in a rush. Up to date technology. Overall, highly recommend

The dentist has always been something I ususally avoid, but I'm happy to say that I feel safe under Tend's care! I love how they let you choose what to watch while working on your teeth, too, which is a nice touch. Incredibly kind and caring people, and I was really pleased with the calm and clean environment as well.
