Katherine Hall DDS

I had a very nice experience today in my initial meeting with Dr. Katherine Hall and all of her staff. I feel I have a unique situation at this time with my dental needs, and Dr. Hall and her assistants understood perfectly, and were very kind to me, making me feel like a valued client.

The dentist herself was amazing and so was the person who cleaned my teeth but i was supposed to get fitted for a mouth guard at the end until the receptionist told me it was time to check out and when i told her what i had came for she laughed told me the mouth guard was $400 which i have and was fully prepared to spend and after i asked her the second time it almost felt like i was being refused service so i left instead of arguing but not before i had to ask the lady to give me back my extra bills they tried to keep when i paid for the appointment. Nice dentist and good cleaning but for some reason I wasn't allowed to complete the service

I had my appointment every six months but I couldn't go. Time went by a few months and I received a message asking if I would like to go to an appointment available on the same day. Things at work were calmer and it was the perfect opportunity to go to my dental cleaning. I really ran out of time the two but I was able to go see the doctor with that blessing of a text with an available appointment. Thank you very much for always being Quality, Efficiency and support. A Great Team and a great blessing to be able to go one block from work and always very positive everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.❤️

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hall for many years. She is the best dentist I’ve ever known—incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, trustworthy. She’s also a genuinely good person, great to her staff, committed to providing care on certain days to special needs patients. I’ve recommended several friends and family members to her and they all agree with my assessment. She’s the best.

Dr Hall is the best! After years of thinking every dental visit had to be highly stressful, due to many dentists just "powering through" when my panic set in and I started to cry in their chair - half way through their work.... I was finally referred to Dr. Hall. I don't understand why "Gentle Dentistry" is an optional certification - I think this training should just be a part of a dentist education. Every time I visit this office, I feel so grateful for the friend that referred me here. The rest of the staff is incredible, too! If you're looking for a new dentist, you've found the best option here! No need to keep searching!
