Hello I have been a patient of the great Dr. Steven Hecklin for over 20+ years. Simply put, a wonderful man. His staff is just as wonderful. From the front desk with the more than efficient Vanessa running things, to the wonderful hygienists, this practice is great! I had a fantastic cleaning by hygienist Teresa and let me emphasize, it was like a spa teeth cleaning treatment! She knows teeth!! JShe took her time and I must say my teeth look and feel great. I have been a patient here for years and saw the amazing Dr Averbuch for most of those. I am now needing more care and intervention as time goes by. I just want to thank and praise Dr. Hecklin for my recent first crown that is remarkably perfect ! Today he replaced a filling in a location known to be difficult to keep intact. He took his time and years of expertise to add on some extra steps and touches to make sure it stays! Tough part of mouth to work in and they were very patient with my anxiety and made sure that I was comfortable. I was most pleased after the feeling came back, that he also took care of the recent sensitivity issue. All of the office staff and assistants are so helpful, friendly and efficient. I would give him and his staff 5 more stars if they were an option!

I have had nothing but excellent care at Dr Hecklin’s office. My dentist, Dr. Smiley, goes above & beyond to provide excellent personalized care. He follows up, provides explanations & education, & works hard to provide top notch quality care for each individual. My hygienist, Millie, is incredible, reliable, and so knowledgeable. I can always count on Vanessa to assist me in making appointments that work around my schedule & reaching out to me whenever needed. The entire team is irreplaceable.

Dr. Steven Hecklin and his staff are the best! The minute you walk in the door everyone receives a welcome greeting and that lays the foundation for the rest of your visit. I had a new hygienist this time, Celia. She has only been with Dr. Hecklin a few months, but she is professional, knowledgeable, and her hygienist skills are both gentle and thorough. Other staff members I should mention are Kellie and Vanessa who are also stand-outs in their own area of expertise. I will always recommend Dr. Hecklin and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Hecklin has built the perfect team who compliments, not only him, but his clients as well.

First time with Dr. Smiley. Excellent experience. Totally painless (even the injection!). The rubber dam was strange at first but fine once I got used to it. He kept me informed as to what he was doing while he was doing it. ( grinding down a broken molar after a large filling finally caused the tooth to fracture. ) I don’t enjoy trips to the dentist but Dr. Hecklin and staff have been taking care of me and my family for years and they make the experience as good as possible. Highly recommend them.
