I’ve never been compelled to post a rating for a medical professional before, but this is truly the best dental office. Dr. Jay is the best, every person who has ever done my cleaning is the best. I’m doing Invisalign and go in all the time, and I don’t actually dread it because they’re all so nice. They also rescheduled me very quickly after the ice storm and I appreciate that.

This is a wonderfully kind, responsive, and caring practice. From cleaning to teeth whitening to crown fittings, their goal is your 100% satisfaction. Even on a recent Saturday, when the office was closed and I had sudden onset of tooth pain, Dr Ruark and his staff immediately returned my after-hours message, called in a prescription, and saw me first thing Monday morning. Smiling from ear to ear!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jay and his staff. I needed a crown after cracking my tooth and there’s no one else I trust to be so meticulous, professional and thorough than Dr Jay. LaRhonda was my crown expert making this process so easy and painless. Im excited for the Invisalign process with her. I’ve been going to embassy dental for over 3 years now. They’ve advised on best practices regarding my TMD, both with Botox shots and Invisalign. LaRhonda has been incredible to work with and has been transparent and knowledgeable in the entire Invisalign process.
