Leaving a Google review alone will not resolve your issue it will only warn others I strongly recommend contacting the Tennessee Dental Board filing a complaint and also contact your insurance carrier and file a grievance to receive proper assistance. If you have concerns about your treatment plan or care please seek a second dentist’s opinion immediately especially when it comes to receiving crowns you may only need fillings and do not allow a long period of time to pass before getting another evaluation. I do not recommend this Dental office for crown work.Although the crowns were made to look aesthetically pleasing, the underlying dental work was not properly performed. Dr Ferguson over-drilled my abutment teeth and the crowns, did not properly seal the marginal areas, and failed to correct these issues even after I raised multiple concerns over a lengthy period of time. I gave ample opportunity for the issues to be corrected with the provider , but the dentist was more concerned with being paid again for defective treatment than providing an ethical standard of care. Be prepared to wait long amounts of time in your car as well as rescheduled and brushed off if you have an issue with work previously done that is defective by this practice . Instead of appropriately addressing the problem, I was dismissed as a patient and later discovered false statements had been added to my dental record in retaliation to delay my ability to receive medically necessary treatment for the defective work provided by Dr Ferguson I initially liked this establishment, but I soon realized that the dentist is unwilling to take accountability or correct mistakes when they occur. Due to his negligence, I now have to have every crown he placed corrected, as he failed to properly seal the marginal areas immediately when he was aware of the issue and one crown was not shaped correctly. When I brought these issues to his attention multiple times early on, he repeatedly assured me that everything was fine — which it was not. He intentionally tried to make it difficult for me to find another provider willing to correct the extensive damage he caused by adding false statements within my treatment records because I filed a grievance he also showed no empathy or willingness to make things right so I was forced to contact the dental board and my insurance carrier which worked out in my favor once they reviewed everything and saw that he did not provide a quality standard of care that is required.

I can’t say enough about Creative Dentistry! Dr’s Ferguson and Ferguson are unbelievable. As is the staff there. My youngest has many health problems and cannot go to a regular dentist. Thank goodness for this practice. What a blessing. They prioritize the care, handle the sedation and get the work done. All with care and compassion.

I have an adult autistic son, had hard time going to previous dentist who doesn’t do sedation. Couldn’t get regular dental care ( cleaning , X-ray) for a while . So excited found Creative Dentistry by word of mouth of another mom who has autistic son . We had very good experiences with the staff and Dr. Ferguson. They are very professional and caring for my son , my son received the dental care and treatment needed. We will definitely continue getting dental care from them and also definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a professional and caring dentist to Creative Dentistry This was our 3rd time going to see Dr Ferguson for my adult autistic son routine hygiene visit. I appreciate Dr. F Ferguson so much for his professionalism and caring for his patients. I feel grateful finding him for being my son’s dentist!

I think the extra star is simply because they are black dentists. Hella inspiring so 1 extra ⭐️ . Let’s get into it.. Parking weird.. but acceptable. Initially I really liked them, I thought they were super helpful. I got a few fillings, an extraction and a crown nothing went wrong with the procedures. I noticed after I left my appointment, they cracked a different tooth during my extraction. Didn’t say a word to me just “dental glued” it shut 🤦🏾‍♀️ Accidents happen but accountability must come immediately after! Anywho wishing the Ferguson’s the very best….

They were nice first and very neat. The wait time and parking space is pain in the * and super annoying! They messed up my and my husband’s teeth really bad and now I have to keep going to other clinics to fix the mess they did and pay hundreds of dollars to have them fixed. The crown they put for me is not even in place and it started growing cavities around it. I knew something was not right when the doctor’s hands were shaking while he was working on my teeth, so unbelievable. My husband is experiencing pain and discomfort in that one tooth they worked on! I will never go back and will not recommend them to others!!
