This location is beautiful and clean, and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I had a minor issue with scheduling, and Timberley was very accommodating. Kaitlyn was also very informative and kind. Great experience overall!

I was in town visiting a girlfriend who had an appointment there to get her regular Botox treatment. I went in with her and was surprised to learn they offer Wellness Injections at a great price. While she was getting her Botox, the staffed squeezed me in, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they made me feel warm and welcome. I tried the Resilience Boost and I feel great. I recommend Laser Away in The Gulch!

Katlyn and Jenifer at LaserAway are absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain everything so you never feel rushed or unsure. Their professionalism paired with their kindness really sets them apart. You can tell they love what they do and want the best results for their clients. Every visit has been a great experience, and I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend them—true gems!

Great location! Very clean. Timerberly informed me of the rewards program which I didn't know about. Caitlin did a thorough and quick laser session on me as usual, and I was on to the rest of my day. Love the Gulch LA!

I have been getting my sessions done with Laser Away at the Green Hills location but was asked to come to the new location in Downtown Nashville since my scheduled nurse was out today. I was nervous coming to a new location, but they were AMAZING! The front desk greeted me with a smile, asked me if I wanted refreshments, showed me to the restroom before my apt, and answered all of my questions about my sessions at the end! The nurse I had today was SO SWEET, so professional, and easy to be around. She is an awesome listener and cared about my needs! If you’re iffy about trying out the new location, don’t be! They were spectacular
