Semper Laser

I have been going to Semper for about three months now, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Brandon at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Nunu, the laser specialist, is absolutely amazing. They both consistently make me feel comfortable, cared for, and valued as a client. The atmosphere is clean, positive, and professional every time I visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering their services!

I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I decided to wait enough time to properly evaluate my results before sharing my experience. It has now been several months since I completed my package, and I feel I can speak objectively. During the sessions, I did see visible results and the staff was professional. However, in my case, several months after finishing the treatment, the hair returned almost to its original state — very similar to how it was before I started. They do offer unlimited maintenance packages, but those are only available during certain promotional periods and not always clearly discussed at the initial consultation. Considering this is a significant financial investment, I believe it is important for clients to understand that long-term maintenance may likely be necessary to maintain results. Additionally, on one occasion I had to cancel an appointment about two hours in advance due to a serious family emergency, and I was still charged the cancellation fee without exception. I recommend asking very specific questions about long-term expectations, maintenance options, and cancellation policies before making a decision.

Best experience I've ever had! I've been going to Semper Laser in South Florida for over a year. This was my first time at the Brentwood, TN, location, and Njomza (Nunu) far exceeded expectations. She's very knowledgeable and customer-centric. She shared so much information about the laser removal process and provided helpful tips I had never heard before. Before going to Semper in Brentwood, I felt confident that I was receiving excellent service. Nyomza is on another level!

Highly recommend! I’ve been getting treatments here for about a year, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Laser isn’t for the weak (iykyk) but they’ve shown me how to make it comfortable and I look forward to every appointment I have 😊 I’ve seen excellent results and my life is so much easier because of it!
