Elevate is the best medspa I’ve ever been to! Aspen delivered the MOST beautiful lip filler & botox results I’ve ever had. She is so kind & knowledgeable! Rylie did the best dermaplane facial with a chemical peel and my skin looks like glass now! She also recommended the best skincare routine and my skin looks the best it ever has! Ally is also an angel and makes you so comfortable. The medspa is beautiful, results are unmatched, and atmosphere is amazing — I’ll never go anywhere else now. These photos are following the filler, botox, and facial and there is no filter or products on my face besides the skincare products.

UPDATE: Came back for my lips as planned! Was an incredible experience end to end, and boy does that numbing gel work! I really love the way Aspen does lip filler. I like the overall shape of my lips, love a defined cupid's bow on my face, and just wanted some more definition and "hydration". She listened and results came out absolutely perfect. Everything looks so natural with my face shape. ---------------- Enjoyed my time at Elevate! I came in with a few concerns and Aspen was excellent at explaining everything to me. She actually talked me out of getting certain treatments that were unnecessary, and presented a very approachable plan for the rest. I really appreciate that she presented a plan that was both in-office treatments and at home skincare. It was my first time getting Botox and it was completely painless. My results are settling in nicely! I'll be back for my lips soon :)

Elevate is hands down the best med spa! I have been going to Aspen since before Elva’s was open and I will say she is the best along with the other girls they always make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I will always recommend them! Also I love my lips Aspen has transformed them to perfection!

The team here is TOP NOTCH. Best lip flip in Nashville. I'd trust anyone here with my whole face, no questions asked. Ive gotten dysport, filler, and a laser treatment for my stretch marks here and have felt loved, listened to, and taken care of from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. Aspen has done an incredible job vetting her people, you're in good hands no matter who you see.

Stop what you’re doing and schedule your appointment here ASAP. I’ve been to a few injectors in Nashville over the year and Aspen is the absolutely best. She is such a doll, ridiculously knowledgeable, and a freaking ARTIST! Not to mention the rest of the staff is so kind and welcoming. I could not recommend Elevate enough. 20/10
