Kristen and Josh are amazing. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Had a nice conversation with Josh while waiting. My facial was with Kayleigh. I have never had one before and did not know what to expect. She explained everything she was doing and what I should expect. She also gave me advice with how to help my redness from my dry skin. My skin feels amazing it has not felt like this in years. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you 😊

The service the aestheticians offer is 5 star but the front desk gentleman is below zero. Zero personability, zero understanding of people's needs and zero accommodations. I understand there are rules, but the way I felt treated was very disrespectful. My mom is not comfortable speaking English and I asked if I could go back with her but I wasn't allowed. I'm a grown adult and I wouldn't have caused noise or disruption and I certainly wouldn't have touched any of the machines. I've never been treated like this at a spa before. For as much as I hate leaving the aesthetician I met, I'll be taking my businness elsewhere. I had also called the day before to reschedule but the man I talked to would not budge and wanted to charge me $50. I had to bend over backwards to find a solution.....this appointment caused me more stress than the actual pleasing experience I was hoping for for my Mom's birthday

Great place, great people! I’ve been seeing Kristen for tox/microneedling/HRT for around two years with some facials and most recently a peel with Kayleigh. Every experience has been top notch. They are prompt, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They make sure I know exactly what to expect and answer any questions whether in person or through text. They love what they do and it shows!
