Splendid Skin has officially become my go-to med spa in Franklin, TN. I recently had Botox done with nurse injector Dakota, and the entire experience was top-tier from the moment I walked in. Dakota has such a calm, confident approach and is incredibly detail-oriented. She explained my Botox treatment thoroughly and tailored everything to enhance my natural features rather than freeze them. The results are subtle, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for—refreshed but still very much me. If you’re in the Nashville or Franklin area and searching for a reputable place for Botox injections, I truly can’t recommend Splendid Skin enough.
