Fr. Gilpin and his entire staff are incredible! They make you feel very comfortable and answer all of your questions. I had wanted to get a neck lift as I am 69 and my neck had that horrible sagging "turkey look". I did extensive research looking for the best doctor. I chose Dr. Gilpin, and the entire experience has been wonderful. It was a planned 5-hour surgery, and I had plenty of stitches. I was amazed at how the stitches around my ears were not visible even after just day one, and the incisions behind my ears healed up very quickly. I also went ahead and had a fat transfer under my eyes on the same day, as the skin had gotten so thin, and I always had dark circles. It has been 7 months now, and you can't tell that I had any work done at all! People constantly tell me now that I look like I am in my 50s, and are shocked when I tell them I am 69, which makes me very happy! The other aspect was how relatively pain-free this was for me. I only took the prescribed painkiller on the first night. After that, the Tylenol was all I needed. I did have some expected bruising, and that did give me some minor discomfort, but that was it. After the bruising healed, I had no need for any pain medicine. If you are considering any type of facial surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Gilpin and his amazing staff.

Pursuing a redo rhinoplasty was a big step. Finding Dr. Gilpin turned into one of the best decisions. From the first consultation through post-op, I felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Gilpin put me at ease, listened intently to my concerns, used imaging to show me what the result would look like, natural. I am ecstatic about me results! Dr. Gilpin is an incredibly skilled surgeon, but also an artist. The change was subtle but profound and I couldn't be happier with not just the physical change but the boost of self-confidence. I cannot say enough about his staff, too. They are very friendly, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Gilpin Facial Plastics.

Nasi is my esthetician & is absolutely THE BEST!!! She is so skilled in her techniques and always wants to make sure you are happy with your results and if you are not , she will always make it right ! I recently had a BBL facial with her and my skin is so much clearer. I added some pics to this review. I already scheduled myself for two more sessions. Gilpin’s facial plastic surgeries office is really nice too and there is a ton of parking! The staff is also always so sweet to my toddler when she comes in with me.

Dr Gilpin and his staff are the most thoughtful, professional, amazing people. Right when you walk in they make you feel comfortable. There are no pretenses. Dr Gilpin speaks highly of his staff, and his staff talks about what an amazing human being Dr Gilpin is. They do great work, they care about how you feel, they check in with you, making sure that everything is going ok.
