The Lash Lounge

I’ve been coming here for years and have a membership. Today I was there for a refill and got charged for the full set. I had plenty of lashes left and they used my two credits and still charged over $100. If the retention was better I would have more but they don’t stay on well either below is a picture of the lashes I had left after being told I needed a full set. My right eye had less but I have never been told this and then charged unexpectedly like today. The third is my lashes from today.

DO NOT come here. I showed a picture of my previous lash work. I also told my lash tech the length I use and I was told “that’s not that length”, was and given the length she thought the picture showed. Left here very unhappy. It really sucks when you’ve had a long week and just want to look nice. I normally pay extra for a “senior” or “master” stylist and I was told the stylist was a “senior” stylist . This was absolutely unacceptable work. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told by the receptionist “the manger is not in and I can’t do much as a receptionist”. Don’t waste your money the work is mediocre. It’s important to listen to your clients/customer as well. I expect quality and I pay for quality work both of which I didn’t get. The only solution was to remove them or let the same stylist place in my lashes again. Lesson learned.

Sam is the sweetest ! The entire staff is so inviting and friendly . They provide such a warm and comfortable environment . I will definitely be coming back every time I need my lashes redone ! I had a bad experience with a close salon and they saved my hope and made everything I wanted and more possible ! 10/10 recommend

Samantha was incredible, so nice, respectful, professional and did the best job on my lashes. I've been getting lashes many years, she was hands down the best lash artist I've ever been to. I will always come to her from now on. So thrilled I found her. The reception is that greeted me was also very professional, nice & efficient.

I’ve gotten Hybrid lashes done a couple of times with Navasha and she always gives me such a lovely experience! I highly recommend her to anyone! My retention has been wonderful as well (the key is to use their Lash detox kit once daily!) and I am excited to continue coming back to the Lash Lounge!
