My experience with Shala with Perfectly Inked-Brow was fantastic! She's not only incredibly talented but also incredibly patient, taking all the time needed to make sure my eyebrows were absolutely perfect. I really appreciated how she explained everything clearly, both before and after the service. She was also responsive to any questions I had via text in a reasonable time frame. I'm extremely impressed and happy with my results, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone needing their eyebrows done! Shala is amazing and her shop is super cute and calm. My eyebrows have been microbladed for some time now and I always get compliments on them. I have had friends choose her as well and they are pleased!

I have reach out to Shala to get my brows filled in. The are micro bladed and my girl stopped doing it and I reached out to this company and Shala. I emailed and explained I had mature skin and my situation. I reached out again pet text to see if she’s taking new clients and she messsged back yes. I asked her if she could tell me how I needed to set up an appointment because she never responded back after she said yes. She responded finally and asked for a picture and sent back she couldn’t do it due to the pigment and it not healing properly. I asked her how long she thought I should wait and she has never responded back. I sincerely believe because I have mature skin and chose not to do it. I was a potential customer she blew off. If this is my experience without service, I can only imagine how being a client would be. I dodged a ball and will be taking my service elsewhere.
