I moved to Mount Juliet about 6 months ago and I was so nervous to try a new lash person. I knew I immediately found my place here! Cat does amazing lashes and I am 100 percent satisfied every time I go. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you just want to sleep in that comfortable leather recliner. I highly recommend her lash extension service!

My wife has been coming to Cat for almost two years now. Cat does beautiful work, communicates well, and uses high quality products. Can’t rave enough about her work, quality, professionalism, and range of services.

I was seeing this lash tech at the beginning of the year. I quit seeing her because she is not consistent at all she does not do the same style lash So she obviously doesn’t write down what she used previously on her clients and sometimes they would not match each other and she would get an attitude about it when I wanted it corrected, even if I was going to pay extra money and come back. I was supposed to come back later in the afternoon after she already did them because they did not match when I show up to my appointment, she blew me off and I had to wait several days with the lashes not matching I was on time to my appointment. She texted me not even 3 minutes before I texted her back. I said I’m pulling in the parking lot. She says oh I’m already gone. You didn’t answer in time. Why is my appointment being canceled by you not even five minutes before the appointment when I didn’t cancel it on my own, nor did you tell me in time I had two kids with me and the middle of afternoon traffic I wasted an hour of my day. I have previously gone to other last techs for several months and my eyelashes grew back after I’ve seen them. My eyelashes have not grown back at all!!! It’s been almost a year and I literally have no lashes. I believe she has ruined the follicles of my lashes using cheap glue. I would ask her why is it burning? Oh it’s just new glue. She’d have a bad attitude when discussing the lashes like if you’re sick of your job, go find another career terrible customer service. I had the most beautiful full lashes naturally I just wanna have a little bit of fun getting lashesand now I look like a cancer patient I have nothing I wasn’t going to write a review, but for me to not have my real lashes grow back at all is devastating and my eyes have been so tender

I went to Cat for the first time today and truly cannot express how happy I am with my new lashes! I have been going somewhere else in the area for about 8 months and my lashes have always fallen out, been crunchy and overall my natural lashes got ruined. Cat immediately came to the rescue and spent nearly two hours repairing someone else's work for me today. I was incredibly impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of her studio and quality of products used, not to mention the great conversations Cat and I had. My eyes already feel 100 times better than they did before I walked into CatLashed today. 10/10 recommend Cat - I will now be a regular customer and already have my fill booked!
