**READ IF GOING FOR A WAX** For brows and facial hair, they are probably fine. I’m a regular Brazilian wax goer. But I’ve gotten 2 waxes by them in the last year and both of them have been my WORST wax experiences yet. The first time the lady didn’t know how to apply and rip the wax. She ended up having 2 more people come in the room and help/finish for her. The entire process took an hour, for what should’ve been a 15-20min wax. The most recent time I had a lady who seemed like she knew what she was doing, but at one point left the wax AND the stick sitting on my lip hairs and “let it dry.” She then proceeded to try to pull it little by little to get enough surface area to grip it. She then tried pulling the stick - which broke - and caused even more pain from the partial pull. I literally had to tell her “THAT HURTS!” - which is not something I’ve ever had to say in any of my 5 years worth of wax sessions - multiple times for her to figure something else out. Once again, an hour later, I ended up leaving that establishment bleeding, in pain, and upset. The lady who waxed me even tried to come up to me at the end and essentially tell me that she didn’t rip any of my skin and only had minimal bleeding, therefore I’m okay. I don’t know how their other services are, but I’d highly suggest you DO NOT go to them for a wax of any sort. Everyone in there seems to be untrained in the skill.

I’ve had great experiences in the past but today I was really disappointed with my service. To begin, the stylist didn’t level the chair correctly and trimmed my brows first before beginning to thread them, which I felt was out of order. Most eyebrow threaders don’t trim until the threading is done, I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for YEARS. On top of that, she was working on another client while doing my brows…so seems like her attention was elsewhere. I would’ve much rather have waited until the stylist was done with the first client, then sit in the chair. I don’t mind waiting. My eyebrows look super thin now which was not the look I was going for. My wax service on lip and chin was fine but respectfully I think I’ll need to find another salon for my brows.

Sima always does a great with my eyebrows. This is the one first places that I visit when in Nashville. The prices are reasonable and you don't need an appointment. They also do lashes and tinting. I personally have not tried those services but alot of others do.

They used to do so well with threading my eyebrows, but after this past Saturday i may just not go back. There are a couple of ladies in there that understand how to clean my eyebrows, but I guess they are letting a new girl get practice in and it’s just not working out— atleast for me. I hate that I have to find a new place to get my eyebrows done because I have been going to them for over a year. The last time I went I had to turn around and come back in because my eyebrows were not done properly and the manager had to fix the mistake. This time I just decided to let it go.

I gave this place 3 chances, I really wanted to like them. My lash lift didn’t show at all each time and they don’t understand English enough to follow basic instructions or answer questions. Super nice and aim to please however!
