Best Day Massage Reflexology

This was one of the best massages I've had! I was experiencing a headache from muscle tension in my shoulders and lower back, so I came to Best Day Massage for a walk-in. I was provided service immediately for a 45 minute table massage and 30 minute foot massage. The pressure was perfect and loosened a lot of my muscle knots, and relieved my headache. It was very comfortable and clean, not to mention affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Ask for Linda!! In one 55 minute massage, I received a full body massage that was amazing. Hours are great!! No appointment needed and cheaper than massage envy

Horrible experience, and I’m easy to please. I asked for a 1 hour full body massage with Linda. When I got into the room she started pushing for 90 minutes. I could not understand a thing she was saying. I said no, then she asked if I wanted a second girl to massage one half of my body while she does the other. I asked her for the total price of the massage and she said 60 dollars, I said “60 total?” And she said “yes” but also kept saying “half, half!” So I thought she meant it would be a 30 min massage but with 2 people for $60, because 60 seemed too low. Regardless I specified a third time “$60 for the entire thing?” And she said yes. I figured maybe they wanted to chat while massaging me or they were looking for extra tip. Go figure. So Linda and a revolving door of women came in to massage me for what turned out to be one hour. The entire time they kept asking if I wanted more time, and I was worried I was going to be ripped off. I knew it wasn’t going to cost $60. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Nothing was relaxing about this experience. After the hour was finished I went to pay and sure enough the lady at the front asked for a HUNDRED and SIXTY. Just not acceptable. There’s no way to even reason with them because they don’t speak English. I paid $160 and left a $30 tip because I’m sure most of the money goes to the house. But $190 for a, mind you, MEDIOCRE, massage is ridiculous in Tennessee. I’m from New York and a quality massage is about $70 plus tip. Will not be returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are so many better places.

I feel very mixed about this place. If I could, I would probably rank it 3.5 stars. First off, I want to note that I heavily temper my expectations when going to a reflexology place to account for lack of privacy and some background noise. However, two of the massage therapists were chatting the entire time. The massage therapist who was working on me was simultaneously managing clients who were walking in and repeatedly walked away from the table to help other customers or answer phone calls. When I came in, I asked for a 30 minute foot massage and was quickly hit with an upsell to a 30 min foot +30 min back. I expected that might happen and the massage was feeling really nice so I went along. However, the actual time of the massage was somewhere between 45 and 50 minutes, and this is including the few minutes she spent doing other things during the massage. I can't say if this was negligence or trying to rush me off the table because they seemed to be saying yes to more walk ins than they could reasonably handle. As I was paying, I pointed to the sign that said 45 minutes and said ok, this was a 45. She told me no, it was a 60. I checked the clock and said I hadn't even walked in here 60 minutes ago. To her credit, she knocked $10 off the price. She also shushed me during this interaction 😂 I assume she didn't want the other customers to hear. I'm giving it 4 stars over 3 because the actual massage was REALLY good despite it all. If you don't mind a bit of chaos and you feel you can be firm about upsells and pricing, I say go ahead and go here. If you're looking for a more quiet, private, experience where you're more catered to, maybe try somewhere else.

Do not go here. Bait and switch. Asked for 30 minutes reflexology, they charged me for 90 minutes. No one speaks English and they will charge everyone different prices.
