Spavia Nashville

I have been a member of Spavia for several years. I almost discontinued my membership because I had multiple issues with one of their staff on the phone. I am so glad that there was a change of ownership. The new owner(s) made lots of improvement and positive changes to the spa facilities and amenities. The service boots they now offer is a great illustration of it. I love the positive atmosphere and attitude from the staff. I highly recommend this place! Everyone is great. I have to give a shoutout to Gabby, she is fantastic!

I can’t say I had a bad experience with any services or staff ….HOWEVER, I can share my experience with trying to book a session with my gift card that I won at an event I was invited out to. I was told that I had a year to use my Spavia gift card. Upon trying to book an appointment for the New Year, I was told that my gift card wasn’t valid. Clearly the date of purchase shows 1/30/25 and no expiration date or time could be found. I’m not angry about not being able to use my gift card, I’m more disappointed about receiving false information about how long I had to use the gift card. This was my first massage at Spavia, booked for me and my partner’s anniversary. The staff was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. We tried the stone shower, got our slippers and robes, locked up our things, and relaxed in the lounge with heated neck pillows, books, and drinks like green tea or champagne. Our therapists came to get us shortly before our session. I had Jennifer, and she was amazing. My partner had Lori, who was great as well. Jennifer truly made my first massage a wonderful experience. We had a small issue with the shower, but it was handled quickly, and they offered add-ons for our next visit. Their customer service was spectacular. Easily a 10/10, and I will definitely be coming back.

Marshall provided an excellent massage and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming. The massage itself was exactly what I needed - thoughtful, well paced, and clearly done by someone who really knows what he's doing. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to the next visit. I highly recommend Marshall.

Spavia Day Spa – The Best Around! Spavia is simply the best spa in town—especially with their membership, which keeps everything very reasonably priced. For massages, Sharondia is incredible. For facials, Hannah and Brooklyn are wonderful, and Melissa and Araceli are equally fantastic. My schedule just tends to line up more often with the first few I mentioned, but everyone here is great. Facials are completely customizable, and you can add on extras like a warm oil scalp massage, add extra face or eye mask for pure bliss. If you’re looking for a gorgeous glow, Gabby’s sunless tan is amazing—the body polish full scrub before a spray tan left my skin feeling baby-soft and vacation-ready. From the owner to the entire front-desk team, everyone is genuinely welcoming and sweet. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few names, but the level of care and friendliness is consistent across the board. Whether you need deep relaxation, glowing skin, or a quick refresh, Spavia makes it effortless and luxurious every single visit. I am welcome as friend and appreciate everyone.
