The best foot massages I have ever had! Have been here a few times and they have moved locations. It’s super nice. Always polite and professional. Strong massagers!

This was the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. We did the 90 min table massage and I don’t think I’ve ever had someone work out my tension better. They accept walk ins and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good whole body massage- from your head to your toes! Amazing. I didn’t get our therapists name but she was incredible.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Crest Foot Massage. I keep pulling my lower back out and really need relief. I found this place online and read great reviews. I’ve paid way less for a much better massage. I wasn’t asked what I wanted. I noticed a questionnaire in the room, but it was never given to me to fill out. I tried explaining what I wanted to the woman who worked on me but there was a language barrier. She asked me “90 minutes?” I said “no 45” she said “1 hour” ??? I said “no, 45” She said okay. The “massage” was really just her rubbing her arms on my back. There was no technique and absolutely no relief. If anything I feel like she made my pain worse. The whole time I just wanted it to be over, but I didn’t feel comfortable jumping up off the table when I was covered in oil. The music was on the lowest volume and instead of being in a dark and quiet room like most massage settings, I was in a bright curtained closet with no soundproofing. During my “relaxing massage” I heard coughing, glasses banging, talking, a car alarm, and loudest of all my thoughts begging for the experience to end. The staff was NICE, but that’s not really worth $97. ($77 massage, 20% tip, $3 service fee which no one mentioned to me.) Absolutely not worth it, will not be back

Hands down the best massage I’ve had in Tennessee. It’s very tough to find a firm pressure massage that actually benefits you and it’s very obvious that the skilled massage therapists here have years of experience. I felt like a new woman after leaving here, I just wish I took down my therapists name - it was a male. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been crest spa over the years, I m so glad that they have moved to the new location, the place is much nicer and quieter. The building by itself has more rooms and personality. The price went up a little bit, but so does everything else. The masseuses are very skilled. They are knowledgeable about how to handle the body aches and pains. I usually go after an intense workout, the massages not only help my body relax, but also helps my mind relax, the spa even has wine and chocolate, what I can asked more. The staff are always nice, they always squeeze me in even when I don’t have an appointment. Good experience for crest spa. Good luck with your new location.
