Great Reflex Day Spa

Hands down the most useless massage I’ve ever had. The room was cold and uncomfortable, the atmosphere was completely off, and the massage felt rushed and careless. No skill, no effort, no professionalism. It felt like someone randomly poking around with zero clue what they were doing. The place was uncomfortable, and the whole thing felt like a joke. I walked out angry, not relaxed. Total rip-off. AVOID

My husband went there and he ask her if she could massage his neck with more strength since he could not feel the massage and she said no. Then he told her he didn't wanted the massage any more. He was there only for like a minute and she charged him the whole $30 for the massage even know he didn't get anything done. She said it was not her problem and didn't wanted to let him leave. So that's why ended up paying them $30 for a 1 minute massage. They are very rude and take advantange! So sad!

I called the number to find out some information about the facility and the representative answered the phone as if it was her mobile phone. I was a bit confused at how she answered the phone since it is listed as a professional establishment so I asked her if the number belonged to Great Reflex and she simply said yes. Nothing else behind it, no introduction or anything. Dry and cut straight to the point. I am a stickler for customer service (not that it was horrible customer service), but if I am going to be undressed and vulnerable with an individual or an establishment for an extended period of time you have to come better than that. I instantly knew that I wasn’t attracted to the energy that was given on the phone call. I thanked her for answering the call, politely said never mind, and proceeded to hang up. My money and time — not to mention, the profession itself — is worth more than some dry @$$ “hello” and “yes”. It deserves more than that.

A little bit more expensive than I'm used to paying, but with that said, they do good work.....and some places don't. I've gotten massages all around Nashville and this place ranks pretty high on the list concerning the quality of the massage

Leaving this review for other people who need a good quality deep tissue massage. I was in a car accident when I was 15. I'm now 30 and unfortunately deep tissue massages are a necessary evil in my life. People who don't have to have massages usually think that getting a massage is an indulgence but when you have to have them for pain management it's just something that you have to do. I usually go to Donelson massage but couldn't get in this evening and desperately needed some relief so looked for a place closer to home and took a chance on great reflex day spa. I'm not the type of person to usually leave a review but as I said first up I'm doing this for people like myself who my need to have a massage as opposed to just wanting to have one. I saw Leah this evening who was an absolute star. Probably the best massage I've had in 5 years. It's a divey little place but If you want a good massage I can't recommend it more highly. Not sure what the other therapists that work there are like but if you Go in and ask for Leah you will not be disappointed.
