I had a back injury and was in desperate need of relief. I was able to walk in and immediately get a table massage. No, it’s not a hotel spa atmosphere, but the quality of my massage was one of the best in my life. I was able to walk out in significantly less pain than when I walked in- and for a super affordable price! Lisa was amazing, and I would highly recommend her as a masseuse.

Had an appointment, waited over 30 minutes, finally gave up and left. Horrible staff. 3 times they said just one more minute, but that turned into 30, so I left. They even told me they close at 9, don’t be late, so I arrived early. Had been a few times before never had issue and messages are average at best so will not be back so many other places nearby.

My wife and I decided to try this place after our usual place was booked up. Mistake. Both of our masseuses were rough and poorly trained. We asked for an hour easy but 10 minutes in we were both asking for LESS time. We are both sore two days later. On checkout, we discovered that their “price list” at the register is higher than what they show on their website. We learned a lesson. We should have waited for our usual place, and will not go back.

Went in very pregnant, was given incredible service. They got me 3 pillows for my back without me having to ask, and the massage was amazing. Highly recommend.

I've gotten many many massages here over the past several years. I always come back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, they changed their prices at some point (in the recent past), which is not updated on their website, so the price you end up paying is not as they advertise online: false advertisement. Secondly, there is a huge communication barrier that affects a lot before and during the massage. There is usually no attempt or gesture to ask the type of pressure one prefers, any areas that you'd like focused on, etc. There is one woman that sits at the front desk ane answers the phone who is most fluent in English and is sought when one doesnt understand what you're trying to say. During my last massage, the "masseuse" had to go get this woman (twice at least) so that she could translate what I was saying, taking away from more massage time. Lastly, there is an overall lack of professionalism. No paperwork to be filled out. No inquiry into the aforementioned above (client's preferences, problem areas, etc.). Lack of English speaking staff. I've also had several couple massages. With two massage therapists in the room, there is constant talking in their native/first language and laughter all throughout the massage. I hate to even write this review, but I'd like others to know my experiences. I hope to bring the owners' attention to these things so that changes can be made to their operation of business. Although their prices are more affordable than other places, which has been the main reason for me always coming here, you do get what you pay for.
