Blue Sage Massage & Day Spa

For my son’s birthday I brought him in for “the mini” and he enjoyed it! He came out so relaxed and happy and everyone was so friendly and the place is beautiful and peaceful definitely will be coming back for more :) Elizabeth H was amazing she did a great job and got all the tense knots in my sons back and shoulders out he said he felt brand new afterwards thank y’all for the experience we are truly happy!

This was my first deep tissue massage. I've had frozen shoulder and tightness for nearly a year and massage was recommended to me. I found the location very accessible. Looks and feels cozy on the inside with nice filtered light. There is relaxing new age music, along with several rooms that are low lit, with a fireplace. They have oil diffusers going, so everywhere had a pleasant smell. Booking was super easy. Mr. David did my massage and I really enjoyed it. Being a first time, I received a medium deep tissue upper back and shoulder focus. I guess my only suggestion is to have a changing room/lockers separate of the bathroom, because it had a slight odor to it. Most likely the age of the building. It did have oil diffuser and the vent was running. It didn't take away from my positive first experience. The robe had a torn loop in it, but was clean and tied just fine.

We visited for Valentine’s Day and purchased a holiday package. It was a great experience from start to finish. Great customer service, very friendly staff, clean and beautiful environment, no pressure to upgrade services or purchase things. My husband joined and was thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be back.

I truly wish I had something more positive to post. I am not the type to ever publicly complain, I always try to go to the source. I had by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, aside from not getting the massage I paid for and having the most uncomfortable exchange with the entire spa. I was not satisfied with my massage and i went to management just to voice my concerns. Not once did I feel heard I just felt like I was in a constant defensive conversation. All i wanted was to share my unwelcoming experience to shine some light, I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything free just was hoping for a better understanding customer experience. So on top of my massage being the complete opposite of relaxing they lack the true definition of customer experience. I will never visit that spa again and I would never recommend anyone that place either!

I’ve been getting massages here for the last year. I love walking in and being greeted with a warm smile and my name. The Spa is clean smells wonderful and is inviting. Today Joe Hannah gave me the best massage. He was intuitive and paid attention to where my body was “yelling” the loudest. I told the receptionist I felt “loved”. Like Joe cared about my pain and worked hard to elevate it. I recommend Blue Sage to everyone. I’ve never had a bad massage.
