I wish I could give 10 stars. I was told to go see Kim from a mom friend of mine for a prenatal massage, and since my first visit I have gone once a week leading up to my birth. When I say that they have been life changing to me I mean it. I feel like a normal human when I walk out of the room, and not a pregnant lady with aches and pains. Also, my mental heath has increased from feeling better in my body! If you are considering booking a massage... just do it! 1000% worth it every time! (thank you Kim!!)

I’ve been seeing Kim for massage therapy since I was postpartum with my very first baby. She has been essential to my recovery with each baby. After I recently gave birth to my third, I was experiencing painful jaw tension and knew I needed Kim. Kim used ELT therapy that not only was incredibly relaxing, this therapy is amazing and helped me immensely! I’m excited to use ELT for reducing inflammation and helping my lymphatic system to detox. The therapy is amazing but Kim’s presence makes the whole experience peaceful and calming.

I was gifted a massage for my birthday and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Kim is incredibly gifted in her craft. She honed in on my problem areas and literally made my chronic hip pain dissappear completely for almost a week after the massage. This was the first relief of this pain I've had since the birth of my daughter nearly a year ago. I can't wait to go back to see her. She made me completely comfortable and at ease with the whole experience, which was new for me. I would recommend Kim to anyone with pain or massage therapy needs! I also plan to use their ELT and other therapies in the future.

Kim at Soma wellness is amazing! She makes you feel welcome and is so comforting. My son is 7, and had a swollen lymph in his neck and inflammation in his tonsils. Kim was able to use her ELT therapy to drain his lymph and reduce his tonsils!!! We were able to avoid a tonsillectomy!! I could not be more thankful for finding her and ELT!

Kim's hands are anointed. No need to continue reading, just book your appointment for massage and ELT. I first came to Kim on a recommendation from a moms group, because I could barely walk due to pregnancy complications. I left skipping and turning cartwheels. Ok, maybe not the cartwheels, but left able to walk pain free. I saw Kim regularly during my pregnancy, post-natal, and have taken my child to her for infant massage! I have also received ELT services, and I highly recommend that as well.
