The service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary leg compression while I was undergoing an IV drip. That was a thoughtful touch. The lady at the front desk was so nice and so helpful answering all my questions. Brentwood location.

Lack of transparency and poor customer handling. We were told a gift package would not expire, only to be told months later it had expired and could not be used. Policies changed after the fact, and the resolution offered was unacceptable. This experience has made us unwilling to return.

Restore has been a God-send for sauna, cryotherapy and compression therapy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Been going for a few years and have no need to go anywhere else!
