I’ve been coming here many times and every visit has been outstanding! The team is professional, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. Holly and Kayla are both amazing—always kind, thorough, and quick to help. I always leave feeling better, and it’s the first place I recommend, especially during sick season. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care!

The first couple of times I came to this location about a year ago, the customer service was great. They were kind and made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The last couple times I’ve been here however have been terrible. Once, I came in for pain and nausea meds. I literally had a prescription for both meds because I had just had a gallbladder attack, but felt it would be more comfortable and effective getting them through an IV instead. They treated me like I was a junkie. I wasn’t going to go back, but I decided to give them another try. Today I just came in for fluids, but decided to try their Myers+ and I was even considering a membership, but it was like they wanted to rush me out. Three separate nurses came in and said I’m speeding up your drip. They didn’t ask. They just said what they were going to do. And the nurse who pushed my glutathione did it way too fast to the point that it hurt going in. If I wanted a terrible bedside manner, I would go to the emergency room and get an IV. This is ridiculous. Introduce yourself, make sure your client is comfortable and go about your business. Was not thrilled about this experience in the middle of my work day. I did like coming here and still want to get a membership, so I hope they improve.

Knowledgeable, understanding and felt like I wasn't being pushed into getting more add-ons than necessary. Having had Gastric Bypass 6 weeks ago, I appreciate anyone in Healthcare that listens to my concerns. Would recommend them 1000% of the time. Great relaxing room and environment and my clinician was wonderful and quick at starting my IV!

I came to 61fIVE a few weeks ago to inquire about weight-loss and over all health improvement. I had many questions and was spoke to about all my questions and concerns. So I started my journey here, the staff is amazing and informative with any questions one may have. Today 9/8 I decided after a lot of deliberations to give the I.V. therapy treatment a go. Here is my recap. 10:00 arrived and was professionally and friendly greeted, asked my preferences for the I.V. treatment. 10:10 was explained about timing and procedure for the treatment and prepped for the I.V.. very well informed. 10:20 was walked into the infusion room, or a relaxation room if you will. Reclining massage and heating chairs, t.v. if you choose, we'll sanitized and super relaxing. I.V. was started and was told the first 10 minutes would be a slower introduction for the fluids so my body would adjust to the treatment. Well, it was 11 minutes 😄, no complaints at all. 10:31 the drip was open up and flowing well. It is 11:14 and all going well so far. I am genuinely impressed with the staff and environment here. I had the Myers Cocktail w/B complex added. I will report back in a day or so with any updates. Kind of already feeling more alert and just getting to the end of my treatment for today. 11:21 all is done. Total respect for staff and treatment from them.

I love 61Five Wellness! The staff are always so kind and friendly. The system makes it easy to book an appointment, and getting an IV fluid with vitamins and an immune boost has helped me to stave off many an illness. I also like getting magnesium and amino acids added into IVs to help support strength training recovery. Highly recommend! Holly & Kayla are especially wonderful!
