Restore Hyper Wellness

Restore Hyper Wellness has been such an amazing support system for us on the MTSU women’s golf team. They help us with our recovery whenever we need it, and it truly makes such a difference in how we feel and perform. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about our recovery and overall well-being. You can tell they actually want to help you feel your best, it’s not just another appointment to them. We’re so grateful to have them supporting our team. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their recovery seriously!

Can’t recommend this place enough! As an MTSU student athlete recovery is everything, and I’ve been loving the compression sessions after our practices/ workouts. I’ve noticed a big difference recently in my recovery. Staff have been amazing, always welcoming and knowledgeable about services!

Felt terrible a week after getting the flu. Went to multiple doctor visits trying to feel better. Went here to try cold and flu drip + magnesium. Huge results and relief. Was in and out in a hour(5:30pm-6:30pm)Will be back here forever. Lifetime customer worth the money 100%.

I am on the Women's Golf Team at Middle Tennessee State University! In between workouts, practice, and tournaments Restore is a big part of my recovery and my teams! They go above and beyond to help us with our recovery journey and always meet our needs! Definitely recommend!!!
