My appointment was changed one week before the date that was set previously ( 6 months) ago. I was not notified in person. So I showed up at my appointment and they told me I need to come back in 2days. If u need to speak to me u have my cell #. I’ll be glad to elaborate

I was going to a facility much closer. However, I was switched to your facility. The entire staff is most accommodating and professional. Their office has a home-like atmosphere to it. Oh, and the snacks are out of this world. For the reasons listed above, it makes this trip worth the extra travel time; and I look forward to every visit.

First visit and I was absolutely blown away by everyone I encountered. Top notch staff that truly exemplified service and patient care. I actually felt more like a family member or close friend. Facility is also very welcoming. Very clean, plenty of snacks and nice furniture. They also treated my grandson-in-law just as well. Brandi has been awesome to deal with. Very rarely say I'm looking forward to a medical visit but I actually am for my November visit. Great place.

The facility is extremely comfortable, clean and definitely doesn’t have a medical/hospital feel, in fact it’s very relaxing. But what is exceptional is the nurses and staff. I dealt mainly with Ann who is wonderful. She’s exactly what you want in your medical staff, very professional but extremely personable and friendly. Appreciate all you do.

My visit was fantastic! Brandy and Katherine really put me at ease, as I really don't like needles. The facility was clean and beautiful. They even have snacks, soft drinks, water and coffee. I love Rice Krispy Treats, and they gave the kid in me extra! I look forward to my next visit with IVX!
