IVX Health Infusion Center

Great staff, great facility, and love the spacious rooms! The recliners are very comfortable and some rooms offer couches, which is nice if someone accompanies you. If I had a suggestion, it would be to have a clock in each room. I’m there for at least 4 hours and it would be helpful. I bring my own phone charger, but that would be helpful. It’s nice that they offer an array of snacks and drinks. Most importantly, the staff are the best! If there was one thing I’d add a clock in each room!

I have visited the Brentwood and now Cool Springs location. The teams at both locations are outstanding. The facilities are very comfortable with their private rooms. The rooms are pristine. I would recommend IVX to my family, friends and anyone with a need for these facilities.

I’ve been going here for years and love how efficiently they get me in and out (generally within an hour whereas I was up to 4 hrs at Vandy) - and I love the hospitality and caring they’ve shown me - I’ve moved to a different part of Nashville - but I’m not going to change my location as long as the same nurses continue to provide care here!!!! 😊

Staff are excellent! Atmosphere is calming and comfortable. Administrators keep up with my insurance and followup appointments. For something I need to do for my health, it is an enjoyable experience every 6 weeks. This particular visit the administrator in the center helped me with an insurance/financial issue that was causing me a lot of stress. She helped resolve it!

I get infusions every 6 months & the girls there are WONDERFUL. I love them so much! Erin, Mary Beth, & Jeannie are my 3 faves! The rooms are comfy. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.
