Pinnacle Dermatology - Nashville

I love this practice. Men of my age need to use sunscreen and see a skin doctor at least once a year. Today I arrived at my appointment and was told my appointment was a month away. The front desk asked if I could wait 30 minutes to see the NP I scheduled or if I wanted to see someone else I could go right in. I chose to wait for the person I knew. The skin check was quick and a few precancerous spots were treated. I was given a handout that showed photos of the kinds of lesions to look for at home. Everyone at the clinic has always been helpful and pleasant.

This was my first time to this clinic. They were recommended by 2 close friends and I now understand why. Olivia, my clinician, was amazing. She kept it real with the amount of CC’s I needed and I immediately felt comfortable & trusting of her. Thanks for letting me choose music too! Olivia is def my go-to here in Nashville. 5 ⭐️s! The receptionist was so friendly and great as well! See you in 3-4 mos! :)

I booked a very last minute appointment with Dr. Bradshaw and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was incredibly warm and well versed. I am 7 months pregnant and she made sure to take all of that into consideration while trying to help diagnose what I had going on! I will definitely be back to see her if I have any derm needs in the future.

My mom has been many times to the location in Clarksville and they have taken care of her perfectly. I’ve only been once to this location and, aside from the AI phone receptionist, it was good. They didn’t really have to do anything bc they said mine wasn’t an issue I had to deal with right then, so it was wasted money. That’s health insurance for you. The doctor seemed educated and was very nice. The place is also very clean.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Pinnacle Dermatology from the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted by the most welcoming receptionist and got the pleasure of waiting in their lovely waiting room for only a few minutes before I was called to my appointment. Kendel White, the Esthetician who took care of me was rock star amazing!!! So kind and professional. Kendel made sure I knew all the details involved with my laser procedure and unlike other dermatology offices I’ve been to that added hidden costs through my insurance company on the back end, she advised me of the cost up front which was extremely affordable. The laser process itself was so seamless. She was gentle and thoughtful making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort though-out the procedure. I highly recommend Pinnacle and will never go anywhere else for my dermatology needs!
