My personal experience seeing Dr. A. Rodriguez was fully satisfactory. I received a clear and thorough explanation of the skin condition on my face. The biopsy procedure was performed in a way that made me feel calm and comfortable, without fear of what to expect. I am 100% satisfied with both Dr. Rodriguez and her assistant. Wendell and I love going to the Southern Hills office. All of the staff are so helpful, nice and friendly. Dr. Sims is very professional and we always enjoy seeing him. Thanks to all of you for the good care.

My experience there was absolutely horrible. I called in 2025 to asked if they would do a certain procedure and they said yes so the next availability they had was January 2026 5 months later! Which I understand there is others they have to tend to. My first appointment was supposed to be a consultation which all the Dr said was well there is another doctor that specializes in this procedure more than he does so I had to wait until 8 weeks to see that doctor just for that doctor to tell me “ You are going to have to set up a consultation with another provider before they do the procedure” That what I came into the office for why couldn’t that be said over the phone. Just a bunch of unnecessary appointments visit to get more money from you / insurance company. Absolutely unbelievable! I was so excited for me to get this procedure done and over with. I literally just bawled my eyes out as I walked out because I waited over 7 plus months for a visit that could have been over the phone or quick tele visit.

This was my first experience in the dermatology world, and I’m usually anxious when it comes to doctor visits in general — but Dr. Rodriguez was a breath of fresh air. It’s rare these days to find a doctor who genuinely cares, but I felt his authenticity from the moment he walked in. He was incredibly thorough, took his time, and clearly knows his field. The staff was also so kind and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I’m genuinely grateful to have found this office!
