My spouse and I chose Atlanta Dental Spa after combing through dental practice reviews on multiple platforms. We absolutely made the right choice! The staff at the Highlands location was so kind and compassionate, they are all evidently trained on how to alleviate anxiety and tension in a dental environment and it shows. The location is beautiful and feels very luxurious for a dentist office and the ADS membership options are great! My appointment was for a crown, I got scheduled with immediacy and got everything taken care of at very reasonable pricing. I look forward to getting the rest of my dental care done here! My family and I have been patients at the Buckhead location for years, and the transition to Highland location has been seamless. The expertise and care are just as excellent here! Dr. Perez, Danielle, LayLay, and Dianna are a fantastic team. Between the attentive, spa-like experience they provide and their dedication to ensuring you understand every step of your treatment, you truly feel taken care of. I always leave feeling well informed and especially appreciate the thoughtful follow-up calls and texts to check in on me afterward. It is rare to find such genuine care and professionalism. This is easily the best dental experience in Midtown!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Atlanta Dental Spa. Danielle and Lailai were amazing! They both made sure I enjoyed my time and understood the process and available procedures. Dr. Gandhi did a great job explaining what was needed and the overall health of my teeth. It was definitely a luxury spa dental experience. I think I may like going to the dentist now.

Atlanta Dental Spa – February 25th Appointment (12:30 PM) I arrived in the parking lot at 12:19 PM and walked into the office at 12:21 PM. Immediately, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. What truly impressed me was that she had already checked me in before I even said my name. She remembered me from the week before! That level of attentiveness and personal recognition deserves a standing ovation. Great job!!! 00 As I sat in the waiting room, I noticed staff members walking around smiling and even waving. WOW!!! That kind of positive energy and customer service is rare these days. I literally thought to myself, “Where have you all been all my life?!” The atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and genuine. Dianna called me back at 12:25 PM, five minutes before my 12:30 PM appointment time. I was already seated in the back before my scheduled time. That level of punctuality and professionalism immediately stood out. Once seated, I was offered a neck warmer and a warm blanket and was asked what I wanted to watch. I truly felt like I was at a spa, not just a dental office. The comfort and attention to detail were exceptional. Dr. Perez was equally professional, kind, and thorough. Since the pandemic, I have noticed that many businesses struggle with professionalism and communication. It has honestly made it difficult for me to confidently spend my money in certain places. At this stage in my life, and based on how I was raised, I do not tolerate disrespect, lack of communication, or unprofessionalism especially from businesses that want to thrive. Atlanta Dental Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. I also believe that things happen for a reason. I am actually thankful that my previous dentist showed their true colors because it pushed me to find something closer to home. I typically do not like change, but after coming home and researching for two weeks, reading reviews over and over, I decided to give Atlanta Dental Spa a try. Reviews are extremely important to me, and you all absolutely lived up to them. I have already spoken very highly of your office to my family and friends. They know that I am very particular and only choose the best, so that says a lot! Please do not disappoint me (LOL, just kidding 😊). But truly, from what I have experienced so far, excellence, professionalism, warmth, and top-tier customer service are clearly part of your culture. Keep doing exactly what you are doing. Dr Gandhi and his staff are the absolute best. I have very sensitive teeth and anxiety around going to the dentist. And yet every time I visit, they somehow disarm my worry and are very effective at eliminating any pain or discomfort. I’ve moved around a lot over the years and have had many dentists. Atlanta Dental Spa is number one. The best! I highly recommend them to anyone. Their facility is beautiful and the employees are very kind. Cannot say enough positive things about it. -Anthony
