In the heart of Midtown you’ll find this calming Dental office. Nearly every day I had walked by the office and always peeked inside and admired their well decorated office. I knew I was well overdue for dental care but never could bring myself to see a dentist after several past bad experiences at other offices. Well then one day in the middle of a snack one tooth breaks in half and I have no choice but to seek care. I contacted the office as they are just down the street and was much relieved to learn that they both could see me the next day, and also accepted my insurance. Very apprehensively I entered the office, but from the moment I stepped in I knew I would be well cared for. Immediately the incredible staff put me at ease. The cute decor throughout is calming and also shows the attention to detail you can expect from the care. When it was time to meet the doctor, I figured for sure I’d be in trouble for neglecting my teeth, but the experience was exactly the opposite. Dr Eslava had the most amazing bedside manner and immediately I knew I was in caring hands and would be fixed up like new. As I feared, there were several teeth that needed attention, but for each the details were carefully explained to me and I was shown pictures and xray to further my understanding. Dr Eslava took the time to ensure I understood my options for care and what we could expect in the long term, as well as the reasons for each of her suggestions. When there was a choice of treatments, the pros and cons of each were explained so I could weigh the decision. Even with me having been squeezed in as an emergency appointment I had the full attention of the staff and they were happy to take as long as needed to explain my care.

This was my first visit to DES, but definitely not my last! Dr. Eslava was amazing, knowledgeable, professional and very compassionate. My visit was quick and pain- free. Karli was great! Thanks for scheduling me in quickly on such short notice. I left feeling confident and with a clear understanding of the service provided. I’m looking forward to becoming a part of this dental family! Great job DES!

Up to this point, I had been traveling back to my hometown for dental care because I couldn’t find a dentist in Atlanta proper that I felt comfortable with due to my dental history. That got expensive quick, so I found Dental Esthetics through my insurance and checked them out. I’ve had a couple cleanings and fillings taken care of here, and the team is great! Dr. Eslava is such a thorough and knowledgeable dentist, and I’ve had Elizabeth as my hygienist. They listened to all my concerns, and really got to know my needs. Worth the wait to find them! Bonus: I can walk to them from my house, which is really convenient. :)

My first experience at Dental Esthetics was very impressive. The staff was cordial and explained procedures in a manner that could be easily understood. Of course shout out to Erick who performed world class in doing my cleaning as he has done for years. Thanks Erick for your recommendatios to maintain oral health. The Doctor was very thorough and professional in doing my exam and making appropriate recommendations. I will surely recommend this office to anyone who might require your services.
