Natalie was the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I have always been anxious during cleanings but she walked me through every step. She is also very thorough, as I’ve never had a cancer screening done before. Highly recommend for those that are anxious.

I’ve been going to Pure Dental for years, and I have to give an extra big shout-out to Edgar at the front desk. He is truly phenomenal, so welcoming, incredibly patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He is the first impression when you walk in, and he sets the tone every single time. Edgar is truly a gem. I also want to highlight Natalie, the new dental hygienist. She was wonderful, gentle, thorough, and great at explaining everything step by step, which I really appreciated. She made the entire cleaning process smooth and comfortable. And of course, a huge thank you to Dr. Scott, who has been my trusted dentist for years. His consistency, expertise, and genuine care keep me coming back. Pure Dental has an amazing team, and I am always satisfied with my visits. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience, driven by both improper billing practices and poor customer service. I have been dealing with a disputed balance that the office has repeatedly failed to properly explain or substantiate. After submitting a formal written dispute and requesting a zero-balance statement, my correspondence was ignored. Instead of addressing the dispute, I later received another invoice asserting the same charge—revised again—without any supporting documentation, itemization, or explanation. No dates of service were provided. No itemized billing. No clinical or treatment records. No proof of authorization. There has been no clear explanation of how the alleged balance was calculated. Even more concerning, their own written agreement requires prior notice and authorization before certain charges can be applied, and that notice was never provided. Compounding the issue was the poor customer service throughout this process. Communication was dismissive and unresponsive, concerns were not taken seriously, and repeated attempts to resolve the matter professionally were met with indifference rather than accountability or transparency. This experience reflects disorganized billing, lack of follow-through, and a disregard for patient concerns. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to closely review their statements and be prepared to advocate for themselves. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pure Dental Health – Buckhead.

I’ve been going here for the past two years after moving to Atlanta, the cleanings were good but they always find a way to add on some mysterious charge not covered by insurance. The last straw today came when I arrived on time for my 3:30 appointment, I was not brought back until 4:10pm after I waited for 30 minutes and then asked how much longer it would be. Once I was placed in a room I was told the hygienist would be right in and after another 10 minutes of sitting with no one coming in to the room I got up and left. They have no respect for patient’s time but would not hesitate to charge you for a no show, I will not be returning and suggest you find another provider.
