I recently booked an 11 AM appointment for a tooth gem service the night prior. Two hours before my appointment, I attempted to contact the business using the listed phone number, but it went directly to voicemail. I also sent a text to confirm, but it did not deliver promptly. While visiting her booking site, I noticed that she is advertised as available for walk-ins. Since I accessed her site through Google, I assumed her business was open and that she would be accepting walk-ins, as indicated. Upon arriving at the suite, I finally received a response stating that she was closed and had posted this information on her Instagram account. This experience felt unprofessional, especially considering that not all clients may follow her on Instagram. When a business has information accessible on Google, it leads to the assumption that it is operational. I understand that managing multiple platforms can be challenging, yet it is essential to ensure consistency across all sites to avoid confusion for clients. I want to clarify that I am not discouraging anyone from booking, as her services appear to be excellent. I simply hope this feedback helps improve communication for clients looking to schedule appointments or walk-in services.

I booked a appointment for 10:30am, showed up at 10:30 waiting in the lobby she responded 30 minutes later claiming she had an emergency and would give me a call saying she’s 17 mins away. Never got a call waited another 30 minutes and she never showed up. I don’t recommend booking with her, she’s unprofessional and inconsiderate and a bad communicator.
