The best dental office in Georgia! Hands down! It had been a few years since I had been to the dentist (fell on hard times). I spoke with Christine about my situation and she worked me in. All the staff Karen, Angie, the dental assistant and the doctors are all super sweet and supportive! I received my welcome card from them with everyone's signatures and cried in the car. I felt so welcomed. I will definitely be back! They do amazing work and the customer service is equally amazing! 💜

Going to the dentist is not one of the most pleasant experiences. Its nerve wracking. But what I love about Proud Smiles is they make the experience calming. The ladies there are so pleasant and welcoming. They are so patient with me and all 3 of my kids. I don't have insurance, so they have a plan that allows me to obtain services at a reduced price. Plus the best part, I leave there with my teeth so clean and fresh.

Proud Smiles is such a great dental provider. The staff is always friendly and cheerful. Dr. Paulen and Patel are excellent. I’ve been a patient of Proud Smiles for nearly 20 years, would not consider going anywhere else.

Highly recommend! Huge shout-out to the front desk team, especially front desk manager Karen, who consistently goes above and beyond. She took her time to ensure I understood all of my options, the treatment plan, and pricing—never rushed and always supportive. Her and Dr. Patel even squeezed me in right before the holidays. I especially love that Dr. Patel treats dental care as part of whole-body health, you can tell this entire practice cares about you, even if you decide to get a second opinion elsewhere, they genuinely just want the best for you! You can tell! Thanks guys for giving me my smile back!
