10/10 experience!! My wait time was short, the lobby area was very clean and the staff went above & beyond to make my experience great. Especially Kierra & Cindy they were amazing. The doctor thoroughly went through my exams and answered any questions I had. I will be back for future cleanings.

I have been going to Henderson Mill Dental forever. I love how friendly everyone is. You feel like you are around family when you walk in. My hygienist, Connie is the absolute best. Friendly, sweet, caring, gentle and very thorough. My dentist, Dr. Eutski is also the very best, friendly, gentle, very thorough and caring. The front desk team is amazing. They know you when you walk in and take their time to explain everything and make sure you understand. They have me and my family for life. I don’t want to share them with anyone but I love to brag about them and am happy to share my experiences. Thank you for being such a great team.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly, courteous, and highly professional front desk team. The waiting area is beautiful and relaxing, and the fish tank is a nice touch. No matter what your dental needs are—from a routine cleaning to implants—you can expect exceptional care that exceeds expectations. I’ve been coming here for several years, and friends and family of mine also use this practice; every one of them is consistently happy with the service they receive. The level of expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence truly sets this office apart. Dr. John Uetsuki is outstanding—a true professional with extensive experience who genuinely cares about his patients and his work. He’s simply great. Henderson Mill Dental Care is a true community gem! The office is modern, relaxing, and doesn’t feel like a typical dental office at all. More importantly, the doctors and team genuinely care and always treat you like a person (I might even say family), and not just an appointment. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Because it’s a small, practice that does great work, appointments can be a bit limited, but if you schedule ahead, it’s usually no issue. They’re also great about offering a waitlist for earlier openings. Totally worth the wait and highly recommend.

Updated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.
