After past week and follow up Ortho to get my next trays/set of aligners with Dr G, after starting this summer. This practice can benefit from better communication with patients so treatment plans are clear ans better understood. In high school thru college and eveb had 4 tooth removed. My initial Aligners visit the IPR was done took me by surprise. I had to look up the purpose if this . I was also never informed that there would need to be repeat IPR and never got a written breakdown of my Aligner tray plan etc like I had to download attached. The past prior two visits in three 4/5 months,,I received six trays and my teeth moving well. Again teeth weren't that crooked just bottom. But this 2 weeks I time only given 2 trays which threw me off and I'm beyond upset! It was not made clear as ti why rest of my trays being held As others mention here their approach not always ub line with one's comfort zone. I had made clear in not doing any extractions nor what I see as unnecessary procedures. Patients needed to be respected and autonomy honored. And happen to also be a health professional. I aready bad enough I gave them a second chance this past May disaster, while getting a deep cleaning which I rather not have had. Bonnie toward end used Hybenx solution on my gums, I don't know why and not explained the potential damage. And never had this Hybenx used on my teeth in iver 30 years going to dentists. This toxic thing bled onto my lips, she used too much smh. So next day had significant burns swelling and peeling! I tried to call Simone and any one in office but was a lost cause smh. But I still came back. Guess downhill from first visit was last year and first concern/ red flag was insisting that I needed a deep cleaning only, never told this in many decades seeing dentist in NE. But then dividing the deeo cleaning appointments in to two visits didn't make sense. I did first visit then was put off so didn't return. But after trying out another dentist in Brookhaven that was even more unsatisfactory, I decided to return to BHSC this spring. Came in for check up then cleaning. Again would've preferred a regular cleaning but they claim I have a gum condition that "requires deep cleaning only!

Thank you for my new dentures, my deep cleaning everything was done in such good taste. I’ve always been the type of person who never liked the dentist, but I thank God for this dentistry, but they are kind. They are compassionate and they are loving people. They make sure that you are comfortable with everything that is being done as far as your mouth is concerned I thank God for finding this dentist through a Referral by my daughter who is so afraid of the dentist but found them to be the best Dennis that she has ever been in touch with since she’s lived here in Atlanta Georgia thank you Buckhead smile center.😊

I sent all my dental records for myself and my daughters. At the appointment I was asked did I want my daughters to get an xray and I responded if it's included with my insurance I was assured it was and signed paperwork that stated there was no balance. Then. Few weeks later I received a bill for $167. When I asked why they said that my daughters already had an x-ray so they would not pay for the one they performed. Well I sent them the paperwork so they should have caught that before my appointment. The fact ghat they didn't means they are completely incompetent. Then they wouldn't remove the charges!! Then the manager never called me back to discuss the charges!! I don't recommend you patronize this dental office!! I will be reporting them to the dental board in Georgia!!

Bottom line: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars I would. A once vibrant, welcoming, and professional office has descended into a chaotic, money motivated mess that is the definition of unprofessional. They will nickel and dime you and then attempt to hard push you into financing care. And when you finally decide you’ve had enough with the horrific customer service of the front office staff, and decide to go to another dentist, forget about getting your records. They will not send them. They will promise, but the records never come. I tried for over a month to get mine. Walked into my new provider today, without my promised x-rays and records, and started completely over. Which was maybe a good thing after all since my new dentist was shocked at the condition of my teeth. Save yourself some heartache, just go somewhere else for your dental care.

I had a great experience at Buckhead Smile Center. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The office was clean, well-organized, and everything was explained clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their work. I highly recommend Buckhead Smile Center to anyone looking for quality dental care.
