The his is by far one of the best experiences I had at a dentist office in 13 years. My anxiety when it comes to dentist is normally on a 10. His table side manner was on point and made me calm down. His staff talked me through every step. And really made the process very helpful. His receptionist as soon as I walked in was very accommodating. If you are looking for great patient care and a dentist that takes there time please come see Dr. Dave!

Don’t let the good reviews fool you! They’re from before he bought this practice!! Everything in this review is from my own experience, and I have the paperwork to prove it. I’m sharing this so no one else goes through it. This office is run by a new dentist who seems more focused on using D-list celebrities and influencer marketing than providing real care. He let go of the staff who actually knew what they were doing, and the whole place changed without telling patients. The problems started when he put a cracked temporary crown in my mouth. He was rude and rushed, and the crown fell out before I even got to my car. When I called to see my regular dentist, that’s when they told me he no longer worked there and that this new dentist was now the only one seeing patients. No one ever told me the practice had switched hands. After that, every time I called about my Invisalign treatment, they kept putting me off, and then stopped responding at all. I also tried to get my records, and they went over four months without sending anything. We finally had to go in person to get them, and the receptionist was rude on top of it. Not to mention, I had already paid for a crown that I wasn’t even supposed to get until my Invisalign was finished. Now I’ve had to get a second crown from a new dentist, and I’ve paid double. They stopped responding to me and my insurance company and still refuse to refund the money I’m owed for the incomplete Invisalign and the crown. And to add: this dentist replies to every other review except mine, which says a lot. I hope this helps someone avoid the same!! Update 12/18: I tried to call as they suggested, no answer as usual. I will be contacting an attorney to try and get my money returned since this office clearly has no interest in doing the right thing.

BEWARE!!!! This is the WORST dentist office I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! The receptionist is the NASTIEST person I’ve ever encountered. She won’t take accountability for her mistakes that inconvenience you. She will yell at you then hang up the phone in your face. The office is continually empty with supposedly systems down without notification to me of a cancelled appointment. I suspect the office must’ve changed ownership/mgmt. because it’s completely unprofessional people from the front office to the back! I wouldn’t trust these people with anything!!! I will never go back and if you care anything about yourself & your money DON’T GO!

The secretary is incredibly disrespectful. Not only did she fail to reschedule my mother’s appointment, & this is AFTER they failed to notify her, that her appointment was canceled after she drove an HOUR to her appointment. But she also tried to put the blame on my mother & then proceeded to argue with her. she needs to be removed immediately. What’s the point of a secretary if you’re going to argue on the phone & pick and choose when you pick up? try again. 😂 oh did i mention she hung up in my mothers face?! 😂😂😂

I’m an old patient of Dr. Zelby’s and love this office. Good location and great staff. Dr. Nadia has done a great job taking over my care! She’s very gentle. She made me very comfortable when I had to have some work done and I started Invisalign with her because she is so great and easy to work with!
