Natalia, Kessie (hygienist), Dr. Jones, Kiya (DA), and Eboni (DA) were all absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. I received a deep cleaning and two crowns, and I am extremely happy with the results. The aesthetics of the crowns are beautiful and high quality — they look and feel great! The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Sandy Springs Dentistry for anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service!

I unfortunately have to give this place 2 stars. Every time I’ve gone, there’s been over 45 minute to 1 hour plus wait times. I had to ask for a toothbrush after my cleaning. And even with the annual payment plan, the prices for services, exams and cleanings were still quite high. My new dentist charges 50 for cleanings and 99 for annual exams. Also, I had some tooth pain that they tried to find the root cause of. My new dentist determined (after over 1 year of pain and sensitivity to hot and cold) that I was brushing improperly (too hard) and it was causing my gums to recede causing sensitivity to hot and cold. Sandy Springs Smiles told me that it was on the top of my tooth and that it was just my nerve being close to my filling. I knew I needed to find a new dentist after my experience, but after finding a good one, it just made me realize how bad all my previous dental experiences were. Sandy Springs Smiles even charged me $30 to paint a cavity varnish on my tooth and my new dentist said “they charged you for that?” He put sometimes on my impaired gums and didn’t charge me a dime for it. After having nickel and dime dentists who have long wait times and barely care and corporate dentists who run through employees like a merry-go-round, I am just glad to be done with the greed, instability and lack of care. They do have snacks and waters and a clean facility though, which I appreciate, which is why I didn’t give them one star. But their customer service, time management and actual skill still has a lot to be desired.

Simply outstanding!!! Kind and courteous but also very compassionate and understanding. From the first phone call to the checkout they care for you. Going above and beyond. I was feeling overwhelmed and blindsided by my situation but their tenderness and empathy could not be more evident. I am extremely grateful and happy to call them my dentist team.

This was my first visit to Sandy Springs Smiles and the service has been amazing from beginning to end! To start, when I scheduled my appointment, they called twice to confirm and then made sure I had the address and knew where to go — small but the little things matter. Then during my appointment everyone was so nice including Natalia at the front desk — she was very thorough. I could already tell this was going to be a pleasant visit when I heard how warmly she spoke to an elderly woman ahead of me. My hygienist was so sweet and Dr. Jones was very nice as well. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten any work done so I had a few things going on but Dr. Jones and her team were very good at accessing what needed to be done, making me feel comfortable and not bombarded, and what the next steps should be moving forward. They work with you on payment and have a few options based on your financial needs. I’ll be back next week for a cleaning!

My experience at Sandy Springs Smile today was so pleasant! I got a reminder call 30 min before my appointment, which I absolutely appreciated. The staff is amazing!!! Every interaction was met with compassion and knowledge. The dentist took extra care of extraction and also tightened my implants,, which was so kind of her! I HIGHLY recommend.
