Skin Laundry - Atlanta West Midtown

I was initially excited to try this service, but the number of poor reviews has made me reconsider. Even the $50 session is no longer appealing or feels worth pursuing, as it seems the experience may not be as genuine, effective, or enjoyable as advertised. It comes across more like a tactic to get customers in the door rather than a commitment to providing high‑quality care from the very first visit. It’s disappointing, especially because I had high hopes for what this experience and future treatments could have been.

I came in for the Signature Laser, Rejuvenator Peel, and Fixer, and from start to finish the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely personalized. Shane, the store manager, was wonderful — kind, attentive, and an excellent listener. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the visit! Erin, RN performed my laser treatment and enhancements, and she was truly exceptional. You can immediately tell she knows exactly what she’s doing — highly knowledgeable, precise, and thoughtful in her approach. She didn’t just treat my skin; she helped me build a skincare plan to keep me looking youthful, healthy, and refreshed, which I really appreciated! The space itself is beautiful, clean, and calming, and the whole team makes you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. I left glowing (literally) and confident knowing I’m in great hands. If you’re looking for expert-level laser treatments with a team that actually listens and cares about your skin goals, this is the place to go. I bought the membership, so definitely will be back!
