Called multiple times to make sure that the booked appointment I paid for was confirmed. The manager told me she would double check to make sure someone is there because it showed that they were open. I drove 35 mins and told her it was a drive for me, but she still didn’t get back to me until 10 mins before the appointment to tell me they’re closed. I literally had a booked appointment. And, no, business hours were not correctly reflected.
