I had a fantastic experience during my first visit for Botox and microneedling. Nurse Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, especially since I was quite anxious. The discomfort was minimal, and I’m already noticing some immediate results, which is exciting! I’m looking forward to seeing the final outcome and can’t wait to return for my filler appointment soon.

I was scheduled for the promotion of Bye Bye Baggy eyes and when I got there they said I could upgrade and do whole face. I was told that I would only need one session and it’s been 3 weeks since I had it done. Face was very red and swollen in beginning which was to be expected. Never peeled and now looks normal. No improvement in bags under eyes, no improvement in skin tone. I essentially look just the same as before having CO2 laser on whole face. Would not recommend, it’s expensive with out any changes.

Beautiful spa with kind professionals to guide you through your visit. Jess was wonderful - very gentile and thorough. I highly recommend this practice for all of your cosmetic procedures!

It was much more detailed than I was expecting . With the burning process than I expected with the CO2 . I did not ask many questions at all so that was my fault,I will not do that again. Signed papers didn’t get a thorough review of the process. So an unexpected process .Did not know the downtime that I would need until I was into the treatment . So that was a big surprise had to take off work the next day. It seems to have burned the skin around my eyes well . But I honestly can’t tell I had anything done now . Maybe if I choose to do more of the treatments . But I do not know that I would do that again . Wish it had been explained thoroughly. Also burned my eye area skin didn’t remove my makeup or eye make up . Seemed to me afterward that would have been an appropriate measure for cleanliness . Being that the skin was burned and I couldn’t was my face in the area for days. I do believe there should be more conversation with the client to thoroughly explain the procedure and always cleans a clients face.
