Heavenly Foot Massage

I met up with a group of friends here on 12/7. I had a massage at 10A with Javi; however, once I got there, 2 really nice men at the desk introduced Jessica to me as my therapist. Cool, no biggie. I walked through a space where other massages were being done and was given the last seat near a back door. Yes, there's semi privacy with curtains between each massage chair and they put eye masks on the clients. It was very quiet, dimly lit with the usual spa music playing. Jessica immediately offered something to drink, brought over a large container of hot water to soak my feet in before the massage and a blanket to cover up along w/a massage chair going. Very comfy. I booked a 60-minute foot massage but Jessica talked me into an upper body/foot massage combo at no add'tl cost and I’M SO GLAD SHE DID! It was amazing. She was gentle but very firm, even included a head massage. My goodness, I didn't want that part to end. So relaxing... I recommend this place. Ask for Jessica and please tip her well. I left her a tip with the gentlemen at the desk, but next time, I will catch her before she moves onto the next client. 5 stars!

Wow. I have never had such an unprofessional experience at any establishment, let alone a place I’ve visited multiple times like Heavenly. Today’s foot massage was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had countless massages here and at other spots along Buford Hwy, so I know what a proper massage should feel like, and this wasn’t even close. The therapist barely put in any effort. It was literally squirt, squirt, rub, rub with zero pressure and zero technique. She seemed completely uninterested in what she was doing, almost like she just wanted to get through the session as quickly as possible. The laziness was unbelievable. If you’re offering a service, at least take some pride in your work. This experience was such a disappointment, especially compared to the many good massages I’ve had in the past. After today, I honestly don’t know how this place can call itself “Heavenly.” It was anything but.

Not only have I had one of the best foot massages here with the best aromatherapy, but this business also handles everything with so much integrity. I had to give them five stars! I came here to get a massage and left a shopping bag in the next day, I called. They took their time through their cameras to find where my shopping bag was, and I was able to pick it up that same day! This kind of company deserves all the business they can get!

Do remember year ago met Allen at Heavenly foot massage at Cheshire Bridge road He is young nice Asian cute boy always smile in round eyes and round face massage is faultless proportionately sliding all through the body at key points and it’s truly relaxing He took more cary on my supine with such considerate nurturing He told me while Original worship macho for men , is formal etiquette and core part of traditional local culture .Thus the whole massage session like a ritual and finally a sincere joy over flow right from the bottom of my heart ,I tipped him decently and he see me off at the door with charming smile in the air .He is so impressive since I met him first time till now . I’m regular it’s really enjoy physical and emotionally.

I’ve been coming to Heavenly Foot Massage for over 5 years, but after my experience yesterday, I will never return. The customer service, attention to detail, and overall relaxing “spa” atmosphere have severely declined. Alex was my masseuse, and it was the absolute worst massage I have ever received. I repeatedly told him the pressure was too hard, but he completely ignored me. He was literally digging his fingers into my back while simultaneously popping his knuckles against my skin. I left feeling far worse than when I arrived. His total disregard for my comfort made me want the massage to end as quickly as possible. He was just as rough on my feet, causing me to jump several times from the pain. Even after I told him multiple times to use less pressure, he nodded but continued to make it worse. I left in severe pain and had to take an ibuprofen 800. If this pain doesn’t subside soon, I’ll be seeing a doctor to get checked out. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk handled the payment situation unprofessionally. I paid with a gift card, and with Alex sitting right there, the clerk asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Feeling pressured, I said I’d leave $5 and asked for change for a $20. After fumbling around, he managed to scrape up $5, but when I clarified I needed $15 back, he got visibly upset. He handed me the change without even a “thank you.” As a repeat customer who has referred numerous people to this location, I am extremely disappointed. The service here has become unacceptable. If you’re looking for a quality massage and a place that values your business, spend your money elsewhere.
