I just had a massage done by Maurice. I must say, It was truly amazing 😍. Maurice made me feel comfortable considering I was skeptical about choosing a male therapist but I definitely would come back. I'm from the Bahamas and decided to have a service done while vacationing and it definitely was worth every penny. I feel renewed....like a new person. Thanks Maurice for your level of professionalism, your demeanour, you were courteous and just have a warm and inviting personality.

Bree my massage therapist was able to locate all my problem areas without being told where they are. Bree was professional & sweet & her calm demeanor made me feel at ease. The entire experience was worth every penny. The attached parking garage access was appreciated

My husband and I have been twice for deep tissue couples massages. The first time was an AMAZING experience. Today was a completely different story. We live over an hour away and left with what would normally be plenty of time to make our 12pm appointment. Unfortunately, there was a marathon in Atlanta that we were unaware of (terrible traffic) so we called an hour ahead of time to let them know we would be 20 minutes late. Considering we communicated and were paying $400 I thought that we would still get the 60 minute massage that we drove all this way and paid for. NOPE. They made us stand around in the lobby for ~10 minutes, had my husband fill out a super long questionnaire that we’de already filled out before online, separated us, and finally started the massage at 12:36pm. At 1:00pm on the dot the therapist says, “See you outside.” The 24 minute massage was very disappointing. It’s Atlanta and traffic happens. Considering how much time and effort it took to get there I guess I would’ve been okay paying even more to get the 60 minute massage we were looking forward to had I been told how this was going to work. I’ve encouraged several friends and coworkers to try this place but will not anymore. I don’t think we will be back.

I’m writing an update to my 2020 review because I gave the spa an opportunity to address this concern directly before posting publicly. In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, “Yeah, we received it.” Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 — approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me — simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn’t matter.

I had a great experience here and was thankfully able to get an appointment last minute. The staff were very welcoming and queer-friendly. My massage therapist was Brian and he gave me the perfect massage. I have some back pain and am in recovery from old injuries and he was very careful. He was able to loosen some tighter muscles and overdo it on areas where I feel pain.
