Terrible customer service. They scheduled my appointment, then canceled it just an hour before—with no effort to help me reschedule or offer alternatives. I managed to get in the next day, but it didn’t get any better. I booked a one-hour foot massage at 3 PM, expecting a relaxing experience. Instead, I was paired with someone who clearly seemed to be in training. She wasn’t focused on me at all—every time the senior therapist moved, she copied her movements, almost like she was shadowing instead of actually treating me. It felt awkward, unprofessional, and honestly, a waste of time. I didn’t come here to be a practice dummy.

What a hidden gem! I had been to an event over the weekend which involved being dressed in uncomfortable clothes and standing up all day for 3 days and I was exhausted and my feet and back hurt. I just happened to find this place searching for foot massage places and what a delight! Fantastic, thorough, and great prices! I like firm pressure and she delivered that for the entire hour! Highly recommend!

Lily gave me an amazing 30 minute foot massage! It was just the right pressure and very relaxing! You can tell she really knows what she is doing! I’m excited to have a spa super close to home to frequent for my self care! Would definitely recommend to others!

The service is based on how much they can nickel and dime you. I had an appointment for an hour long foot massage at 3. The person doing my feet seemed to be in training because no matter what she was doing for me, when the lady she was watching moved, she moved. Shortly after I walked in a Caucasian gentleman walked in and they asked him to wait in a room. Twenty minutes later he left because he was never checked on. Five minutes later a black man walked in and he was immediately asked to pay up front. This is when I noticed they were sales sharks and racist. Ten minutes before my massage is done they offer a complimentary massage for my back and I said ok because the foot massage was lackluster. My foot massage was not comparable to the massages I get during my pedicures. It wasn’t worth $60. The massage is $50 and they immediately tell you to do a scrub for an extra $10 +$3 for card payments which was also not worth it. The person checking me out got angry and confrontational when I declined to give a tip after they added money to my balance as soon as I walked through the door.

Went in for back massage due to having pain an slept wrong. The massage was great and really helped me alot. They went the extra mile to make sure I felt better when I left. I will definitely go again and I recommend to anyone who just needs a little pampering or muscles relaxed. Great job!!!!! -Nikko
