Let me start by saying the staff and office are great. It’s very clean and I loved Dr. K and his staff. They were always so kind to me. The one star review is for my final outcome of my tattoo removal. Sadly, very sadly I spent over $3000 to have it removed and while it is gone, I am left with a white scar that is VERY noticeable. So I am still extremely self conscience of this area on my arm 5 years later after having it removed. I have called multiple times asking if there is anything else they can do to help me and they will not ask Dr. K without making me come in and with two small children and a 45 min drive, that’s not easy. I did follow up twice a few years ago and Dr. K was confident my scaring would reduce and pigment would come back. It hasn’t. I’m having my other unwanted tattoo removed somewhere else and it is fading beautifully without scaring. This whole situation is something that effects me daily. I feel like the treatment was too aggressive and that caused my scar and now it’s too late.

The team is professional and friendly. Dr. K is charismatic and from my experience, they seem to know what they're doing. The guidance and recommendations through the multi-phase removal process has been spot on, as well. I'm approaching my fifth session and I believe I'm half way through.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I am almost afraid to give them such a good review because I will have a hard time getting an appointment. Dr. Karempolis is so caring and helpful to let you know what exactly to do to your skin so you can look your best. The other factor that makes this place outstanding is that an average person can afford a procedure here. It was $50 to remove a large dark spot on my face. I wish I had found this place a long time ago.

Workers are nice, and the offices are very clean. Appointments don’t take too long, and rescheduling appointments is easy. Dr. Payne is great too! One of my favorite doctors.

This is an excellent practice and Dr K. is very skilled in providing effective treatments. I've had bumps and moles removed with precision Care. I highly recommend this practice
