I just moved to GA and have been on the search for a new med spa. I found this place on tiktok and saw the high rated reviews so decided to give this place a try. I made an appointment for hydroimpact through the phone and the receptionists were SO nice I was looking forward to my appt. My consultation with Stella was nothing terrible, but also nothing great. I appreciated that she wasn't trying too hard to sell me anything and she also gave me an at home tip to try for a sensitive area on my face. However, it did feel like she was just trying to get me out of the room, like she didn't care. Now, I've worked at a med spa before so I've seen my managers during consultations and I guess I just expected a little bit more care. After the consultation, I saw how she talked to and greeted other clients and woah was she super friendly. But thats not whats going to determine if this is my new spot, so I waited to be called for my facial. I went in and everything was fine until she touched my face. Everything felt so rushed and honestly, careless. I also looked up what the hydroimpact facial consists of before going in and their website says "Includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, face, neck, and shoulder massage, Hydroimpact machine use, and a modeling face mask". SO that's what I was expecting. I did not receive a neck and shoulder massage, and I don't even think she used a modeling face mask. And I didn't realize the hydroimpact machine would be used so little. When I got this facial in the past from another med spa, they used it for a much longer time so that's what I was expecting. But I just assumed this is how this med spa does it. I also noticed she would leave the door open while going back and forth many times to get and put back the machines, and that made me feel uncomfortable because even with the top cover on, I am essentially topless. She would also touch everything, like the cords, and then immediately touch my face?? which I felt was unsanitary. The only relaxing moment of this whole 90 minute facial was the last, probably, 10-20 minutes when I was getting some light therapy. I don't know if the treatment was different because I was paying the first time client promo price ($100 vs. $200) but if that was the case, then that should've been disclosed to me before the session. I've received facials many times before at different med spas so this was disappointing, especially with all these great reviews. I was excited to find a med spa with such great feedback, but unfortunately I will have to keep searching. Two stars for the receptionists.

After seeing a Tik Tok user recommend this spa and seeing the high reviews I decided to book a consultation. I drove over an hour for my appointment. I met with Stella and told her I was concerned about problem areas on my cheeks and hyperpigmentation. She said that dark skin tones don’t take well to laser treatments because it can cause more hyperpigmentation. I have heard that so that wasn’t a problem. She also recommended an extraction with the facial which was great even without them being able to really treat my hyperpigmentation because my main acne problem are blackheads. She recommended only the $1000+ packages that all included laser treatments even though we just talked about how they aren’t recommended for darker skin tones. I told her I had checked online before I came and was looking to stay below $300 and asked if there was anything that just was the facial with the extraction and she looked me square in my face and told me no. After I left I went back online to double check and they have a $200 80-90 minute acne facial that includes a deep clean, exfoliation, acne extraction, cooling machine, and even the massage if time allows. I’m not sure why she lied to me but I did go back and look at reviews and I made the mistake of not checking to see if they work with a diverse clientele. It was a complete waste of my time and an insult to my intelligence. Very disappointed, but also not surprised. I assume my business is simply not valued here.

I got a HydroImpact facial with Ellen and it was absolutely wonderful. The lymphatic massage and personalized treatment were perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the whole experience felt so relaxing and thoughtful. My skin is glowing & looks slimmer and more sculpted from the facial massage! I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment!

I decided to try this location and purchased a treatment package. The salon itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff members are friendly and professional. I have no concerns regarding the facility or customer service. However, I am giving three stars due to their policy regarding numbing for laser treatments. The staff strongly encourage clients to proceed without numbing, which I found surprising. In my experience at other Korean medspas in Atlanta, as well as several American medspas, numbing has consistently been offered as part of the service. Friends who visit other Korean medspas have shared similar experiences. In my view, the purpose of seeking laser treatment at a medspa is to achieve meaningful skin improvement. Adequate numbing allows the practitioner to use effective settings while keeping the client comfortable. Without it, treatments may need to be performed at lower intensities, which can compromise results. For clients seeking optimal outcomes, offering numbing as an option would significantly enhance the overall experience.
