Halfway decent spa experience, but not worth the price. Parking in the deck was difficult as there wasn’t clear signage directing you where to go. I booked an 80 minute Swedish body balance but had about a 65 minute mall massage. 1 of my friends’ additional add-on services was paid for, but not provided. Another friends’ locker wouldn’t lock. They were very strict about the 1 champagne/mimosa glass, even after I offered to pay. Bags of skinny pop & trail mix where these snacks offered. Only 1 of the 2 restrooms were available in the ladies locker room (The other was out of order), which ran out of toilet paper. Definitely won’t be returning.

Absolutely love this spa and location! The staff is always attentive to your needs and always provide the best experience. I went once alone where I had a 10/10 experience, and then came back with my boyfriend for our anniversary and continued to have the best experience. This time they made sure to make a big deal of our special day and throw in some complimentary perks which weren’t expected but totally appreciated! This is the best spa experience you’ll get in Atlanta and Ira a TRUE day spa with great amenities. Love that they have an indoor AND outdoor relaxation area. I will always go here moving forward!

Underwhelmed. I made an appointment for the same day sunday, nov 30th. I decided to treat myself for my birthday at the last minute. I arrived 45 mins before my appt because I wanted to enjoy the facilities before my service. But i didn't know where to park, so called for 10 mins and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up parking in resident parking because the gate was up. I proceeded to walk around the corner and entered the building, no one was there to check me in. I waited a few mins and was finally greeted when the young lady came to the front and when I asked about parking, she told me about the retail garage. By the time I walked back to my car, it was now 15 mins before my appointment. I filled out the forms, was offered a mimosa, and was given a tour. I got my robe and slippers on and a snack and as soon as i sat down, 5 mins before my appt, my therapist came to get me. I was her last appt of the day and I wont include the therapists name, but i could tell she was ready to end her day. She never asked me how the pressure was or if there were certain areas I wanted her to focus on. Then when she was finished, she stepped out of the room and told me to open the door when I was ready. Well I guess I wasn't fast enough because she knocked on the door and popped her head in. I had just gotten up and was not dressed yet. It was 5:48. I love a good spa experience. I have a regular massage therapist I visit quarterly for maintenance and I visit chateau elan or serenbe typically once a year just for a treat. But this time I didnt want to drive so far. When I checked out I was asked how I enjoyed my experience, I replied it was ok. She asked me if I could elaborate, I did and she assured me my concerns would be escalated and I would be contacted. Update: 10 days later and no one has reached out to me. I was also given the option to waive my tip. I did lower it to 15% instead of 20%. But I feel its important for spa go-ers to get the real reviews before dishing out over $150 for a service. It is a beautiful intown spa, but i definitely would not return to this buckhead location.

Excellent spa after dark experience! Love this spa. I have invited several guests and give gift cards. The owner, Stacey Howell is awesome. Taniesha, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of. I’ve had several massages and my daughter loved her facial.

I am simply appalled at the inferior experience I had at Woodhouse Spa in Buckhead (Atlanta) last week. There came a point where I honestly thought a prank was being played on me because of how terrible the experience was. The changing room had not been tended to prior to my arrival nor during the duration of my over 1.5 hrs there in the spa. This was evident by the zero paper towels/hand towels at the sink when I arrived AND left the building. I ended up drying my hands with the single rolled bath towel on a shelf where typically many would be stocked. I am a repeat client at this location. Additionally, the same used drinking glass that was in the changing room when I arrived was still in the changing room when I left. Uncollected. No toilet tissue in one restroom stall, no replacement rolls nearby. No one offered me a beverage as I sat in the quiet area awaiting my service so I walked to the front desk in my robe (tacky) to ask for prosecco. And I am a reasonable person so I did wait in that area approx 10 minutes before getting up to ask for a glass, giving ample opportunity for an employee to do rounds and check on clients which never happened. Here, you're checked in and forgotten about until time for services to be rendered. I also arrived to my appt 1 hour early to enjoy and relax in the quiet room, which by the way was also unkept and I was the only client in that room for quite some time. The dirty glasses from previous clients were in that room when I walked in and when I returned to it after my 75 minute "let's just lightly rub lotion on her body" service (you will soon read what I mean). Apparently housekeeping rounds were not happening on the day I visited. The masseuse, Shayla, really had me taken aback because the first few minutes of the massage began with such extremely light finger strokes. I was shocked! I requested more pressure but never received more pressure. The disrespect dismayed me because I think there is so much audacity in hearing and acknowledging verbally a client's request then immediately ignoring it by failing to perform what was requested. The pressure was so light it nearly tickled. It was just plain awful as a service. All she did was rub lotion on me. And barely. She seemed so untrained and unskilled. As an experienced massage client across multiple Woodhouse locations (Atl metro and Texas) as well as across other spa brands across multiple cities, states and countries over the last 18 years I must say I have room to speak on this topic. I have a firm understanding of the difference between deep tissue and Swedish massages as well. My Swedish massage on 02/12/26 was simply a gentle grazing of my skin, not even a light massage. It was a joke. It pissed me off. And the massage itself was inferior and very mediocre. she is certainly getting away with getting a pay check for no apparent reason. I left more stressed than relaxed. I clenched my jaw the entire time attempting to force the fury away at the feeling of being caressed instead of actually therapeutically massaged. I would not return to this spa, not even for a complimentary service because they've already wasted 1.5+hrs of my very valuable time. Furthermore, I simply do not have confidence that even with coaching or skills training that Shayla would improve at her job. In conclusion, the spa was not well maintained and the massage service was laughable.
