She took the time to explain the process, answered my questions, and her technique was both gentle and effective. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly cared for. When I first walked in the place I noticed it was clean and that’s number one to me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be back for more treatments.

My experience here was really frustrating. I was told I’d get proper training and support, but the communication was all over the place and I never got a steady schedule. I kept being told they were ‘trying to work with me,’ but it didn’t feel that way — it just felt confusing and controlling instead of clear or helpful. In the end I was let go even though I was never actually scheduled. Overall, the whole situation felt disorganized and stressful
